SIS does not support Online Server callback for MMO games
I bought IAP for my online mmorpg project :/
If its not possible for online multiplayer projects,
can i have refund?

What do you mean by "for MMO games"?
We have server side receipt validation, via your own server or via PlayFab. This is not game type dependent.
I mean everything is client-sided and

We are thinking about sell armor, weapons e.g.
In case of use this system on MMORPG project, its easy to hackable and there is no server-side buy system.
Its saving everything into playerprefs.

Then you have only read half of the documentation. The server-side validation allows checking for all purchases on game launch again, which would delete all fake purchases. Also, our PlayFab integration allows full online validation without local storage.
I get the impression that you have bought our asset without looking into all details, and are now trying to find arguments for a refund. We do not issue refunds if the asset has been downloaded already.
Please have a look at the documentation PDF, specifically the chapter about receipt validation. Feel free to create a new topic if you run into any implementation issues. I'm going to close this thread as it does not serve any further purpose.
